Mission of Davenport High School Media Center
The mission of Davenport High School Media Center is to support our academies by inspiring students to become lifelong effective creators and consumers of ideas and information. Students are provided a diverse and comprehensive variety of print and digital resources to support them in academic and recreational reading and research.
Goals:
Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe environment for all students and staff.
Provide a diverse and relevant print and digital collection.
Help students build new knowledge by thinking critically and developing strategies to solve problems.
